The upper and lower parts are assembled at field with "A" style structure. The upper part is main body and lower part is combustion equipment(small flake grate). After finishing the lower furnace wall, the upper and lower parts can be just folded. The installation is easy. Boiler single layout so that is compact and has an excellent performance.

Boiler circulation is simple and clear,especially every circulation of water cooling wall pipe has independent header and downcomer, this ensure the reliable water supply for the circulation. And the water circulation is high enough to generate enough circulation power to keep the boiler safe running.
(1)This series boiler has two boiler drums, the water drum is shorter than the steam drum. In the back of the furnace,there is a big combustion room, where the coal suit well and can burn completely. At the same time,the boiler volume is big,and can adjust the load well.
(2)The reasonable coordination of the front and back arch makes a high radiation arch. It enhances the suitability of the fuel by enhancing the combustion.The small flake grate is equipped with stepless speed control device with a wide regulation range and more convenient. This deeply completes the adjustment ability of optimal combustion condition. We design suitable arches according to the fuel to burns completely.
(3) The two-way wind, single wind room and separate adjustment structure make the boiler more flexible,convenient and the fire bed more stable and reliable.
(4) It automatically supplies the water and coal,and control the chain grate and fans.At the same time, it is equipped with over pressure/over-temperature alarming,water level, grate and fan operation lock protection with high-quality accessories.All these can guarantee the safe,economic and high efficient running.
(5) The small flake chain grate has less coal leakage, even wind distribution, stable combustion and other advantages.
(6) To satisfy GB13271<Boiler Emission Standard of Air Pollutants>, besides the reasonable design of boiler arch to burn more efficiently, we also add the smoke separating room to separate smoke in inertia.At last, the original dust outlet concentration reduces a lot.
